I have more pictures to post from our trip, but will have to get to them on another day. Our plans are still in limbo, but we decided against leasing our home. Turns out that most people who are interested in a 5 bedroom house with 4 baths have large families!!! :) That took a few days for our "Duh!" factor to kick in. Our house is now on the market and we are hoping to sell it. Where and what we do after that is still up for grabs. Sean has had one successful interview, but it did not result in employment yet. The company is waiting for the contracts to be awarded since the new fiscal year. We are keeping our fingers crossed! In the meantime it hit 117 degrees the other day. Its miserable. Last night at 1am it was still over 100. We have not had any good rain since last August and we are way over due. We are heading into the monsoon season so we have our fingers crossed.
We appreciate those of you who have been so supportive and reached out to us in this difficult time. Sean and I are both big believers in the theory that everything happens for a reason. We are starting to see things move now. Sean has sold his racecar and his Jeep and he is now "toyless". We are hoping to remedy that soon if our luck turns. Anyway, your kind thoughts and words of encouragement have been instrumental in getting us through the last four months. We are still looking to the future with hope and positive thoughts. Some days that is easier to do with a fresh halibut dinner!!!!!!
